Privacy Policy

Boom Games respects your privacy. In general, we avoid collecting any personal data from the players of our games. This page explains what little we do collect, why, and how you can ask us to delete it.

What data we collect and why

For analytics purposes, we collect anonymous data such as the total number of players of a game and the length of game sessions. We use this data to improve our games. It does not identify a specific player or their device to us.

Data we receive from other sources

Some of our mobile games display advertisements. These are served by third-party providers, and we may unavoidably receive information about you from them. The ad providers we have used in our games are Unity Ads and AdMob. These providers collect usage data in line with their own privacy policies.

Please note that ads may lead you to external websites or other external content. We are not responsible for third-party content.

Our PC games on Steam

Our PC games are sold and distributed through Steam. Purchases, your Steam account, achievements, cloud saves and Family Sharing are provided by Valve Corporation and governed by the Steam Privacy Policy.

This website

This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics. To display the site, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts, and the Steam store widget and trailer from Valve's servers. These providers receive technical information such as your IP address, as is necessary to deliver that content. If you email us or use the contact form, we use your name, email address and message only to reply to you. Contact form messages are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, an email delivery service.

Why data is collected

When you install and use Boom Games mobile applications, we and our third-party partners may collect and process some of your data for legitimate purposes:

  • To provide you with the services you asked for.
  • To run analytics and understand how players interact with our products and services, so we can keep improving them.

Partners we share data with

The third-party partners that Boom Games may share data with are GameAnalytics, Facebook Analytics, Adjust and Voodoo.

Requesting data deletion

To delete user data collected by Boom Games, please email hello@boomgames.co.

If you also want to request deletion of data that may have been collected about you or your device by our third-party partners, who act as independent data controllers, you can contact them directly:

Age limits

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not send us any data about yourself. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately.

Boom Games may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any change will be reflected in the dates at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy regularly to stay informed.
